Well, Week 1 is down! So, for the last week I have worked out for 2 hours a day (except yesterday). I start with a power walk with Liz and/or Erica and then follow it with a one hour workout video. I also replaced the food in the refrigerator with healthier options. Instead of my regular milk, skim. Instead of regular creamer, fat-free. Instead of white bread, wheat. I have also started eating 6 small meals a day. And the results are. . . drum roll please . . .
6.4 lbs lost
Current Stats:
Weight: 176 lbs.
Side note: I think I wrote down the wrong chest measurement the first time I believe it was actually 43 1/2 in.

Week 1 Art
Finished with this fun project. Soon I will paint a King to follow. Tom and I want to blow the set up and turn them into posters. I just used Photoshop CS3 and a million layers then topped it off with a texture. If you like the new style please let me know. I am trying to expand my artistic horizons. Thanks for checking it out. Oh and I am still on top of the workouts 2 hours everyday for the first four days so far. Excited to see the results of Monday's official weigh in.

Week 1 Weightloss
Let me start off by saying I have always had a love affair with food. Well that love affair has caught up with me. Now, maybe it was too many spy shows with hot kickass women in them, but I decided I should be able to beat people up if need be. So I am taking this gloriously flabby body and tranforming it into a kickboxing, yoga, and weightlifting machine. For me to stick with this I am documenting it so that there is no turning back. Now please be aware it is not easy for me expose my fat to the world. I will be adding weekly weightloss photos to make sure I am staying on track. This is just one of the many things that I will cover on this blog but it is a good place to start.
Starting stats:
Weight:182.4
Measurements:
Chest:41 1/2 in.
Waist:36 1/4 in.
Low waist: 43 1/2 in.
Butt: 43 in.
Arms:
(relaxed) 11 in.
(flexed) 12 in.
Thigh:24 in. (holy cow)
Calf: 14 1/2 in.
