Week 2 Weightloss

Well, Week 1 is down! So, for the last week I have worked out for 2 hours a day (except yesterday). I start with a power walk with Liz and/or Erica and then follow it with a one hour workout video. I also replaced the food in the refrigerator with healthier options. Instead of my regular milk, skim. Instead of regular creamer, fat-free. Instead of white bread, wheat. I have also started eating 6 small meals a day. And the results are. . . drum roll please . . .

6.4 lbs lost

Current Stats:

Weight: 176 lbs.

Side note: I think I wrote down the wrong chest measurement the first time I believe it was actually 43 1/2 in.

  7. I would love to hear more on your mindset during the workouts... Like what do you think about? Are you more driven by your current dissatisfaction with your body or the potential for what you could turn it into? Maybe you think about something entirely different? I'm so curious!

  8. I try to think about how strong and firm I will look when I get done. I try not think negatively about my body. I find that focusing on the negative only makes it worse. I still think I am beautiful full bodied but I need to make sure I don't let food or laziness rule my life. I really have to view it as a competition with myself. Can I work harder? And the answer is always yes.
