Well, this is the only Skinny Bitch DVD that I can say does make me feel accomplished. One nice thing about this video is it requires no weights which can be nice if you don't like lugging around weights.I have mixed feelings on their constant chatting in the videos sometimes I think they are making it up as they go. This is a good one but not the most intense.

I do enjoy this one again the skinny bitches are a little more fun than your traditional work out video. They tend to be more cardio based less resistance training. They are good but not a sole source of exercise.

So overall, I do one of this videos 5-6 days a week, play frisbee, go on walks, or swim and it is an inexpensive way to lose weight.
I love Skinny Bitch Body! That one is my favorite. It's a subdued butt kicking!! lol

ReplyDeletecongrats! ur doing awesome :) i love jullian michaels. her wk out videos are gr8. i would definately recommend u try her 30 day shred. i lost over 20lbs doing that video. the best part about this video is da fact that it's only a 20min wk out! perfect for when u have very little time 2 wk out. it's divided in2 3 levels u do each level for 10 days. i recently tried her banish fat video thumbs up as well :)
ReplyDeleteThat is awesome to know I think Jillian Michaels is awesome especially her show Losing it With Jillian. I love videos that have short workouts because for instance today I didn't work out because I ran out of time. 20 lbs is amazing congrats! Are you still losing or have you met your goal?

Tom started the P90X it is so intense. He actually had to workout to get in shape to start P90X. It has some amazing results. Hey take before and after photos. They are awesome to see progress.
